New Camera

I have been wanting a professional style camera for a long time. After dropping my point and shoot camera in December (I swear it was an accident!)and bending the lens, I began thinking more seriously. If I was going to have to spend money on a camera, I might as well get something I really wanted.

It took me this long to shop around, and finally last week I ordered a Nikon D60 that I had decided on.

Thank you to my wonderful husband for getting this for me!

I have a lot of learning to do on taking good pictures, but it sure was fun playing around with it yesterday.

These are shot on Auto

I finally started figuring out Manual. I swear to never shoot in Auto from here on out!

It helped having pretty models at my house today!

And this is my best one of all! So precious!

I know I could edit out the little scratch on her face, but it's so cute too!
