When you know it's all worth it . . .

We are really going to miss these girls! Kaden and Will's sweet cousins Lily and Sadie are moving to town. They have enjoyed lots of playing together. Ok, and I'm gonna miss my li'l sis Ali too! Sniff.

The 4 cousins played together most of the morning. I'm letting them get all the playing time in that they want right now. Plus it was nice having a quiet morning to get caught up on Bible, reading and blogs.

You know it's all worth it when little brother Will was upset that he had to go down the dark hall all by himself, and big brother Kaden without being asked by Mommy or Will runs to turn the light on for him. When I asked Kaden why he had done that, he said, "Cuz the Bible says to be loving to others." Whoa!!! He IS getting it. It warmed my heart so much that this strong-willed, not-such-a-servant little 5 year old boy who I work and work and pray and pray and work some more on leading his heart to the ways of the Lord gets it even once in a while. That's when I know . . . it's all worth it!
